Vanguard Plaid 75% 95% Vanguard blocks new connections and updates from 9-5pm eastern time. May display inverted transactions. There is an issue affecting Vanguard which causes valid transactions to be missing for cash management accounts from the data returned by Plaid's APIs.

Sets a limit on nightly refreshes, preventing timely updates. A force refresh should work.

[RESOLVED] Robinhood is showing incorrect balances. There is a known issue impacting Robinhood connections.

February 4, 2025

Coinbase has updated their API and changed the way they send data, specifically the way they report ETH holdings to third parties. Some users have had success in fixing this by updating their login credentials. 

January 23, 2025

[RESOLVED] Bank of America experienced downtime impacting adding new accounts and updating existing accounts.

October 2, 2024

Plaid and Finicity have stopped supporting connections to Student Loan Servicers. Institutions that are no longer supported include:
- Aidvantage
- Edfinancial Services

- MOHELA
- Nelnet
Where available we have updated the default data provider for these institutions to another available connection.

August 27, 2024

U.S. Bank - Plaid connection re-authentication issue is currently causing outdated balance and missing transactions. Connecting through Finicity is recommended.

November 2024

Schools First FCU - Finicity reported this financial institution is preventing or limiting aggregation, preventing customers from accessing their transaction data. We do not have an ETA for when the connection will be working again.

Fidelity Credit Cards Finicity June 2024 The main Fidelity connection now support credit card accounts.
USAA Finicity July 2024 USAA will be performing a series of data center maintenance on July 20, 21, 24, 27 & 28th, during the hours of 0000-0700 CST. During this time new connections may fail and existing accounts may not update.
