If you are an annual subscriber, you have 30 days from the start of your subscription to request a refund. Please know that the reimbursement can take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
If you originally signed up for Monarch and started a subscription through our website and are within 30 days of starting your subscription, please contact us directly to request a refund.
If you originally signed up for Monarch and started a subscription in the Apple App Store, then you'll need to request a refund from them directly.
