Our data provider informed us of a known issue with RBC Royal Bank that is causing transactions to appear inverted. They are actively working with RBC on this, and they hope to have a fix in place soon. We don't have an ETA on this, but know that our data provider and RBC are working quickly to get this resolved.

 

We recommend staying connected with the current data provider and waiting for this issue to be resolved. We have had reports from some customers that the connection with MX is working well, but can't guarantee that will continue. If you would like to consider switching to MX, you may establish a new connection before deleting the old one to check if it's better. If the new account is properly syncing, you may merge the old account into it to retain your historical data.

To see the current statuses of all institutions, log in to your Monarch account and search for the institution name in the "Add account" flow. You will see information about known issues and all available connection options in one place.

[RESOLVED] Our data provider, Plaid, is actively investigating reports of missing and delayed transactions. They aim to have a fix this week.

Our data provider, informed us of a known issue with RBC Royal Bank that is causing transactions to appear inverted. They are actively working with RBC on this, and they hope to have a fix in place soon. We don't have an ETA on this, but know that our data provider and RBC are working quickly to get this resolved.

 

In the meantime, you have the option to correct the currently inverted transactions by following the steps below:

  1. Go to your Accounts page and select your affected account.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Download transactions.
  4. Open the CSV file and correct the transaction signs.
  5. Upload the CSV file containing the corrected transactions back into the account.
  6. Bulk-delete the inverted transactions within Monarch.
