Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your Monarch subscription, follow the steps below based on whether you are being billed through our site, the Apple App store, or Google Play store. After you cancel, you will still be able to access Monarch for the time remaining on your subscription.

For direct billing through our site:

  1. Go to the Billing Settings page
  2. Click on "Manage subscription"
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"

For Google Play store billing:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play
  2. Tap your profile picture in the top right
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" -> "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Monarch from the list of subscriptions

Note on Google Play billing:
-   If you don't see Monarch in the list of subscriptions, it may be because you are part of a family plan. You'll need to ask your family manager to cancel any subscriptions if this is the case.

For Apple App store billing:

  1. Open your "Settings" app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select Monarch from the list of subscriptions shown
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

    Notes on Apple Store billing:
    -   If you don't see Monarch in the list of subscriptions, it may be because you are part of a family plan. You'll need to ask your family manager to cancel any subscriptions if this is the case.

    -   Monarch staff cannot access Apple App Store subscription information since your credit card is on file with Apple directly and not shared with Monarch. Unfortunately, this means we can't cancel or offer refunds if you paid via the App Store. You will need to contact Apple directly.
    -  Apple has a separate help center for managing your credit card on file with them and to request refunds at https://support.apple.com/billing.
