If you don’t love it, don’t keep it!
If at any point after purchase you decide that Monarch just isn’t for you, we’ll issue a refund for the remaining time on your subscription - no questions asked.
However if you’re unhappy about your purchase because something in your account isn’t working correctly, we’d love to make it right. If you send us a message about the issue you’re encountering, we’ll do our best to fix it - and we’ll refund you if we can’t.

- In-app purchases through Apple’s App Store are managed directly by Apple. If you purchased a Monarch subscription this way, you’ll need to contact Apple to receive a refund.
- When the refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled and your Premium access to Monarch will end immediately. You can still login at any point to download historical data, restart your subscription, or delete your Monarch account.
- 30 days after a subscription ends, institution connections within a Monarch account will be disconnected.
