If you've searched for the name and website of your financial institution but can't find it, you can request a new connection or add the account manually.
To request a new connection, click on the "Add Account" button from the Accounts page and select "Request new connection" from the bottom of the pop-up.
Please note: We always share with our data providers which financial institutions our users need to sync in order to get their entire financial picture on Monarch. That said, we cannot guarantee that a requested financial institution will be added to our data providers' supported list.
