Why are some of my transactions missing?

We sync your transactions every day. However, it is possible that a connection issue or data error may prevent the latest transactions or balances from surfacing.

If you are missing some (non-pending) transactions that do appear in your bank's record, then contact us through the app and please provide:

  • The name of the bank account that is missing transactions
  • Info for at least one missing transaction including the
    • Merchant
    • Date
    • Dollar amount

If multiple transactions are missing, provide the same info as requested above and include a range of dates where transactions are missing.
