Duplicate Transactions

First, log in directly to your banking website and verify that the transaction is not duplicated there.

If the transaction is listed as "Pending," then check back after 7 business days. Pending transactions will drop off by then.

If the duplicate transaction does not show up on your bank's website or is not pending please contact us through the app. Include the name of your financial institution and account along with the name, date, and amount of the duplicate transaction.
