How to Apply a Sponsorship Code from Your Financial Professional

If your financial professional is sponsoring your Monarch subscription, you can apply their sponsorship code to activate your account at no cost. If the link in the email that was sent to you did not apply the code you can do so with the following steps:

1. Sign in to Monarch on a desktop browser (sponsorship codes cannot be applied through the mobile app).
2. Click your profile icon and go to Settings.
3. Select Billing from the menu.
4. Click Update Payment Method.
5. In the billing screen, you’ll see a section labeled Promo Code.
6. Enter the 10-digit sponsorship code your advisor provided. (Advisors can find this code next to your name in their Professional portal after sponsoring you.)
7. Click Subscribe—your plan will update to $0 per month.

An additional note for users who have have subscribed via in-app purchase on mobile (Apple App store billing or the Google Play store).

• In order to apply a sponsorship code to your account you must have Monarch direct billing set up through our website.
• You will want to follow the instructions in the link below in order to change to Monarch direct billing.

• Once you have changed to Monarch direct billing you can follow the instructions from above to apply your sponsorship code.
