You can rearrange the order of accounts in the web app by simply dragging an account within a group. You can also rearrange the groups by dragging them.
The order of accounts and account groups are used throughout Monarch in any lists that display accounts such as filters and drop down menus.
Note if you want to move an account to a different group you need to edit the account and change the type since groups are based on the account type.
