If you did a free trial and forgot to cancel or you were accidentally charged contact us at support@monarchmoney.com and we'll sort things out.
Please note that if you used the App Store on your phone or tablet to pay for a Monarch subscription via Apple we don't have access to your credit card. Apple hides all payment information from us and so you have to request a refund from them directly. It's usually pretty quick and they will approve if it's in a reasonable amount of time after a charge. We are still happy to walk you through how it works if you contact us at support@monarchmoney.com but you can also check out how app store refunds work here:
