Request a refund

If you did a free trial and forgot to cancel or you were accidentally charged contact us at and we'll sort things out.

Please note that if you used the App Store on your phone or tablet to pay for a Monarch subscription via Apple we don't have access to your credit card. Apple hides all payment information from us and so you have to request a refund from them directly. It's usually pretty quick and they will approve if it's in a reasonable amount of time after a charge.
