Please note that only the person with the Family Manager role can access the Billing Settings for a Monarch account.
Part 1: Cancel your App Store billing
- Go to the App Store
- Tap on Subscriptions
- Find Monarch in the list *If you do not see Monarch in your list then you may not be the Family Manager on the Monarch account.
- Select the option to Cancel
At this point, you will continue to have access to Monarch until the end of your subscription period.
We cannot refund any payment made to Apple's App Store, so make sure to contact them if needed.
Part 2: Start your direct billing
*You will not be able to start a subscription through the website until your subscription through the App Store has ended.
- Go to the Monarch Billing Settings page on our website
- Select the option to Resubscribe
- Select the plan you want to subscribe to (Monthly or Yearly)
- Enter your credit card information
- See the confirmation that you are subscribed to Monarch
Once this is complete, you’ll start earning rewards for new signups through your referral link.
