Viewing recurring transactions on web
Monthly
On the "Monthly" page, you can view your recurring transactions with either a list or a calendar view by selecting the appropriate option in the top right. In either view, you can move forward or back in time using the arrows.
In the calendar view, any recurring transactions that have been paid are shown in green with a checkmark, while upcoming recurring transactions are shown in blue.
In list view, recurring transactions are sorted into "Upcoming" and "Complete" sections. You can tab to future or past months to see recurring in those months.

Review recurring accounts and merchants
The Recurring Review flow detects potential recurring merchants, as well as potential recurring liability accounts connected with Spinwheel, and presents them to you for review and approval before they are considered recurring items.
You can use the review flow to indicate if the merchant or account is not recurring, or to edit the recurring amount, frequency, and date. You can modify these details at any time in the "Edit merchant details" area.
Get Notified
We’ll send a notification when there is a new item for you to review, and you’ll see a badge beside the Recurring menu option as well as a banner at the top of the Recurring page. Click or tap on one of these options to access the Recurring Review popup modal.
Go to Settings > Notifications to edit what types of email or push notifications you receive regarding recurring merchants and accounts.
How do I handle different recurring transactions with the same merchant?
Each merchant can only have one recurring transaction linked to it. If you have two subscriptions with the same merchant, you can create a new merchant profile with a slightly modified name to differentiate and track their due dates separately (e.g., "Premier Gymnastics - Suzie" and "Premier Gymnastics - Johnny").
If the subscription amounts differ, you can set up rules to automatically categorize transactions into the appropriate merchant profiles (e.g., Suzie's class is $25, and Johnny's is $30). If both subscriptions are for the exact same amount, you can check the original statement to see if the merchant name includes any distinguishing details. You can then use this information to create the rules for categorization.
If the amounts and original merchant names are identical, however, there's currently no rule-based solution to separate them. In this case, instead of creating two different merchant profiles, you can adjust the recurring transaction frequency for the original merchant to account for the combined total amount.
